The internal operations system of a Polish tour operator. Built and run by our founder as sole developer from 2022 to now, it started small and has grown with the business.

A tour operator runs on trips, tour guides, airline tickets, vendors, payments and paperwork. The work was to bring these into one system.

How it started
The system started small and has grown with the business.
- One system for trips, settlements, documents, attendance and chat
- Laravel, Livewire, Alpine.js, Tailwind and MySQL
- Documents filed by business section and matched to the transaction by the transaction number

What we built
Trips and tour guides, airline ticket records, vendors and trip settlements. Bank payment and client transaction records. Staff attendance and leave. A trip calendar, real-time chat, and push notifications to Microsoft Teams.
