Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we use it, and what your rights are. It covers this website and the ways you contact us through it. Other services we provide may have their own privacy information.

UK data protection law applies to us: the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The UK cookie rules (PECR) also apply.

1. Who we are

Devikons Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15491723. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page. That means we decide how and why it is used.

Registered office: International House, The McLaren Building, 46 The Priory Queensway, Birmingham, B4 7LR, United Kingdom. This address is for legal post only. Our engineering team works from Pakistan.

For any privacy question, email support@devikons.com.

2. What we collect

  • The contact form. The name, email address or phone number, company and message that you type in.
  • Email, WhatsApp or phone. What you write or say to us, and the email address, phone number or WhatsApp name that you contact us from.
  • Technical logs. Cloudflare, which hosts this website, processes technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time. It uses this to deliver the site and keep it secure.

There are no accounts and no payments on this website.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To answer your enquiry and talk with you about a project. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: we need to reply to people who contact us. If you ask about working with us, it is also steps taken at your request before a contract.
  • To keep the site secure and working (technical logs). Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

4. Who sees your data

  • People at Devikons who answer enquiries.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website and runs the contact form.
  • Titan, which hosts our support@devikons.com mailbox.
  • Resend, the email service that sends contact form messages to our inbox.
  • WhatsApp, if you message us there. WhatsApp has its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your data. Apart from the people and services listed above, we share it only when the law requires it.

5. Sending data outside the UK

Our engineering and delivery team works from Pakistan, so your message may be read there. Our engineers in Pakistan work with us as freelancers. Our host, Cloudflare, runs a global network, so technical data may be handled in other countries too. Cloudflare and Resend are US companies. Their data processing terms use the UK addendum to the standard contractual clauses for transfers from the UK. Pakistan and some of these countries are outside the UK.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 12 months after the last message, unless we start working together. If we work together, we keep the project records for six years after the contract ends. Technical logs are kept by Cloudflare for a limited period, as set out in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

7. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own. It does not load analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, or fonts, from other companies.

If we add analytics or any other cookie, this page will change first. If we ever use cookies that are not strictly needed, we will ask for your consent first.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of your personal data;
  • ask us to correct data that is wrong;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • ask us to limit how we use it;
  • object to us using it;
  • ask for your data in a form you can move;
  • withdraw your consent, where we rely on it.

To use any of these rights, email support@devikons.com. The law gives us one month to reply. We may ask you to confirm who you are. There is normally no charge.

9. How to complain

If you are unhappy with how we use your data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator. Website: ico.org.uk. Helpline: 0303 123 1113.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we add analytics, this page will change.
